Sony A7000 Rumored to Feature 43MP APS-C Sensor

According to the latest rumors, Sony A7000 camera may use a brand new 43MP APS-C sensor from Sony.

With the leaked Sony IMX671AQR sensor specs, we can predict that this level of features can only be for the long-awaited Sony A7000 and also for the possible Fujifilm X-H2 too.

As a side note, the Sony IMX671AQR sensor features 43MP resolution and is able to record 8K 12bit video too. The APS-C Sony IM671AQR 43MP BSI 8k sensor also has stacked DRAM and up to 16 bit depth for stills images. Voigtlander NOKTON 35mm, 40mm, 50mm f/1.2 Aspherical SE Lenses

Voigtlander has announced three new prime lenses for Sony E-mount mirrorless cameras: NOKTON 35mm f/1.2 Aspherical SE Lens, NOKTON 40mm f/1.2 Aspherical SE Lens, NOKTON 50mm f/1.2 Aspherical SE Lens.

New Samyang AF 75mm f/1.8 FE Lens

First image of the new Samyang AF 75mm f/1.8 FE lens has been appeared online. The telephoto prime lens will be officially announced on April 20th, 2020.

New Sony Product Announcement Delayed to April 30th 2020

The new Sony product announcement has been delayed to April 30th, which was originally scheduled to come on April 20th 2020.

Due to the Covid-19 epidemic that wreaked havoc on the world, many manufacturers and the events postponed their announcements. Sony A7R V and Sony A9R Rumored to Feature 102MP Sensor with 6K Video

Yes the rumors is both the upcoming Sony A7R V and A9R to feature 102MP sensor with 6K video. This information is all about the new Sony IMX555CQR full frame CMOS sensor that has been leaked a while ago.

According to leaked specs sheet, this IMX555CQR sensor has 102MP resolution. It is capable to capture 6K videos using 12bit ADC with on-chip binning/line-skipping. 4K RGB 4:4:4 video with on-chip color-aware binning.

It’s a little early to talk about the Sony A7R V and Sony A9R full frame E-mount cameras. We can also foresee that the Sony A7R V announcement may extend to 2021, since both the coronavirus affecting the year 2020 and the previous model Sony A7R IV is just one year old. Sony A7S III & Sony A7 IV Announcement May be Postponed Due to Covid-19

According to the official press text, Sony is facing a shortage flow of resources from suppliers in Asia, having a wide-ranging impact on the manufacturing of goods in this segment.

It’s a very clear indication that the upcoming Sony products could be delayed. The most important ones are the Sony A7S III and Sony A7 IV full frame mirrorless cameras. The good thing would be to meet these highly anticipated cameras in late 2020. But before Sony will launch the first f/1.2 fast GM lens in 2020.

Sony RX100 VIII to be Announced in October 2020?

According to the report from Sony Camera Rumors, Sony is expected to announce the new Sony RX100 VIII compact camera in October 2020 to replace the popular RX100 VII model.

Although the gossip source does not share detailed information about the Sony RX100 VIII features, the new model is predicted to include an improved 20MP sensor, new image processor and various improvements.
