Meike MK 85mm f/1.8 Lens For Sony E-Mount Cameras

Meike MK 85mm f/1.8 is a new manual focus lens for Sony E-Mount cameras.

The lens, which includes EXIF information transfer, is constructed of nine elements in six groups and features a nine-blade aperture diaphragm. lens has a 67mm filter thread and a field of view of 28.5 degrees. The lens can be used on E-Mount cameras such as the Alpha A7 Mark III.

Announced : Voigtlander Nokton 50mm f/1.2 Aspherical Lens for Sony E-mount

The Voigtlander Nokton 50mm f/1.2 Aspherical Lens for Sony E-mount is now officially announced. The price in Japan is ¥150,000 (excluding tax). The US price hasn’t announced yet. Shipping is scheduled to start in April 2019. (check Adorama and B&H).

The Sony FE 135mm f/1.8 GM lens is weather-sealed and features an aperture ring, focus ring with linear response. The lens has 13 elements in total, which include XA (extreme aspherical), Super ED and ED.

Development of Tamron FE 17-28mm f/2.8, SP 35mm f/1.4, 35-150mm f/2.8-4 Lenses Announced

Tamron officially announces the development of three new full-frame lenses; two for Canon & Nikon full-frame DSLRs and one for Sony E-mount full-frame cameras.

The new Tamron lenses will be the SP 35mm F1.4 Di USD and 35-150mm F2.8-4 Di VC OSD for Canon and Nikon DSLRs, as well as an ultra-wide 17-28mm F2.8 Di III RXD for Sony E-mount cameras.

Tamron will display these new lenses at CP+ 2019, the World Premiere show for camera and photo imaging, beginning February 28 through March 3, 2019 at Pacifico Yokohama and at the Wedding and Portrait Professionals International (WPPI), February 27 through March 3, 2019 in Las Vegas.

Confirmed : Sony FE 135mm f/1.8 GM Lens to be Announced Soon

Finally it is now confirmed that the Sony FE 135mm f/1.8 GM lens will be announced soon. The fast telephoto prime lens will be designed for Sony full frame E-mount.

Official announcement of the Sony FE 135mm f/1.8 GM lens is expected happen ahead of CP+ Show 2019 on February 14th.

It can also be used with APS-C models where it will provide a 202.5mm equivalent focal length. Bright f/1.8 maximum aperture is good for low-light conditions and also provides greater control over the focus position when using shallow depth of field techniques.

Tamron released a new firmware update version 3 for the Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 Di III RXD Lens. Firmware Update V3 for Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 Di III RXD FE lens improves continuous shooting stability over long periods of time.

This first third-party standard zoom is created natively for the Sony full frame E-mount cameras. The Model A036 high-speed standard zoom lens is a perfect companion for Sony A7 III.
