Fujifilm XF 23mm f/1.4 Mark II and XF 56mm f/1.2 Mark II in Development

According to the latest rumors from FR,  Fujifilm is working to renew two of its popular primes. As a result Fujifilm XF 23mm f/1.4 Mark II and XF 56mm f/1.2 Mark II lenses are in development.

The Fujifilm X-mount Lens Roadmap doesn’t show these prime models. So take it with a grain of salt.

The current Fujifilm XF 23mm F1.4 lens (Amazon) was released in 2013, and Fujifilm XF 56mm F1.2 lens (Amazon) was released in 2014.

We are wondering if the new model will be a full model change with a completely redesigned optical system or a minor change with improved AF and being sealed.

Fujifilm X-H2 to arrive in 2022 with 8K DCI/UHD Video

The Fujifilm X-H2 has been eagerly awaited by Fujifilm fans for a while now. We can now expect the Fujifilm X-H2 announcement just at the beginning of 2022, after a year in which the company focused its efforts on other mirrorless cameras such as the Fujifilm X-T4 and Fujifilm X-S10.

According to recent reports surfaced on the web, the upcoming X-H2 will be capable of 8K video recording, both 8K DCI and 8K UHD. As you might remember that the APS-C Sony IM671AQR 43MP BSI 8k sensor also has stacked DRAM and up to 16 bit depth for stills images.

Fujifilm GFX 50S Mark II to be Announced in 2021

Fujifilm GFX 50S Mark II camera to be announced in 2021. The company is planning to announce a new GFX 50S Mark II medium format mirrorless camera and it will replace the current  GFX50S model.

Fujifilm GFX 50S Mark II is expected to feature the same 50MP sensor as the current GFX 50S, and it will be cheaper than the GFX 100S. So the question is; can the 50MP sensor mentioned for the Fujifilm GFX 50S Mark II be a reorganization of the Sony a1 for medium format? Fujifilm X-H2 to be Announced in Late 2021, Full Specs

Fujifilm registeres a new camera under the code name FF 210001. We believe this camera code refers to the exciting Fujifilm X-H2. We think of this because of the information we have obtained from reliable sources before, and the Fuji X-H2, the model that came into its turn in the product announcement cycle. Besides,  rumors indicate that Fuji will probably announce the X-H2 camera before the X-T5.

It seems that the Fujifilm X-H2 release date will take place in the last months of 2021… If we need to give a date for the Fuji X-T5, we can best see it in the first months of 2022, in the end of January announcement that Fuji always makes.

The X-H1 camera for body-only is priced for $1,899.95 and with Vertical Power Booster Grip Kit costs at $2,199.95.

New Fujifilm GF Zoom Lens Coming in 2021

Fujifilm is planning to announce a new GF medium format zoom lens. The rumored Fujifilm GF Zoom Lens expected to arrive in the first half of 2021. The specific announcement date of this G mount lens is unknown at the moment.

Fujifilm has announced a lot of gear at the X Summit Global 2021 event. In addition to the all-new 100-megapixel, medium-format GFX 100S camera the company unveiled the GF 80mm f/1.7 R WR lens. Here are the leaked US price information about the upcoming Fujifilm GF 80mm f/1.7 R WR, Fujifilm XF 27mm f/2.8 R WR and XF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 R LM OIS WR lenses.

At a glance successor to the GFX 100 (Amazon, B&H, Adorama) features 102MP 43.8 x 32.9mm BSI CMOS Sensor and comes with IBIS inside. You can also use Pixel Shift Multi-Shot to create ultra-high resolution 400MP stills. In terms of video GFX100S can record 4K/30p footage in 10-bit F-log or 12-bit ProRes RAW.

Fujifilm X-E4 features the same 26.1MP sensor as seen on the Fuji X-T4. However Fujifilm X-E4 doesn’t have IBIS tech. The mid-range camera is in the same size of X-E3 and comes with a flip up screen, similar to the one you see on the Fujifilm X70.

Rumors : Fujifilm X-E4 Coming with Same 26.1MP, No IBIS

Fujifilm X-E4 rumored to be announced with same 26.1MP and no IBIS tech. Here are the latest Fujifilm X-E4 specifications floating around. The mid-range APS-c mirrorless camera is scheduled to arrive is rumored to announced on January 27th and feature the same sensor as seen on the Fuji X-T4. However Fujifilm X-E4 will not have IBIS tech.

The upcoming camera will be in the same size of X-E3 and will have a flip up screen, similar to the one you see on the Fujifilm X70.
