Rumors : Sony RX1R III to be Announced Soon

Sony is rumored to announce third version of its RX1R series full frame compact camera. According to recent reports the next camera would be the Sony RX1R III.

After the announcement of Sony a7R IV and RX100 VII, there are still two new unannounced camera codes registered (WW594724 and WW642826). This means two more Sony camera announcements within 1-2 months are coming.

Sony Cyber-Shot RX100 VII Officially Announced, Price $1,198

Sony officially announced the new RX100 VII 1″ pocket-sized camera packing a wealth of stills and video versatility. The US price is $1,198 and it is now available for pre-order at Amazon, B&H Photo Video, Adorama.

The Sony RX100 VII uses the same 24-200mm F2.8-4.5 zoom as its predecessor and offers the flagship Sony a9‘s speed, eye AF plus 4K video tweaks in a pocket-friendly size. In addition to being able to shoot at up to 20 fps with no viewfinder blackout, the RX100 VII can also shoot seven-image bursts at up to 90 frames per second. What to expect from Canon ? Here are the latest updates for the upcoming Canon DSLR and mrrorless cameras as well as new lenses. In this July 2019 edition of “What to expect from Canon” , you’ll get the latest news and rumors in one place.

The company will unveil the previously rumored cameras and lenses on July 9th. These are the PowerShot G5 X Mark II, PowerShot G7 X Mark III, and RF 24-240mm f/4-6.3 IS USM lens.

Canon PowerShot G5 X Mark II to be Announced Soon

It is now confirmed that the Canon PowerShot G5 X Mark II camera will be officially announced in the next 30 days, to replace the current PowerShot G5 X model.

As you might remember, the Japan-based company officially unveiled the PowerShot G1 X Mark III camera ($1,299 at Amazon, B&H, Adorama). Olympus Tough TG-6 is a modest update to its predecessor, with the majority of its changes related to macro and underwater shooting.

Olympus Tough TG-6 is waterproof to a depth of 50 feet (15m), dustproof, shockproof to 7 feet (2.4m), crushproof to 100 kgf, freezeproof to 14oF (-10°C), and features a dual-pane protective glass construction for superb anti-fogging performance.

The Tough TG-6 will be available in your choice of red or black, and will be priced at $449 (Amazon | B&H and Adorama) when it ships in late June. Panasonic DC-LX100 II Camera with 17MP multi-aspect sensor

The Panasonic Lumix LX100 II is a 17 megapixel enthusiast zoom compact with a 24-75mm equivalent F1.7-2.8 lens. It uses up to ~85% of the area of a Four Thirds-sized sensor to give a choice of aspect ratios without narrowing the field of view.

The LX100 II features an updated grip, a new 17mp multi-aspect Four Thirds sensor (total 20mp, same sensor as found in the GX9), without an optical low-pass filter, a 3inch touch-screen, USB charging, and additional customisable function buttons.

Fujifilm X100V/X200 to be Announced in 2020

Fujifilm X100V or the Fuji X200 is rumored to be announced in early 2020. The successor to the Fujifilm X100F (Amazon | B&H | Adorama) previously rumored for late 2019 launch but the premium compact shooter will arrive in 2020.
