Best CFast Memory Cards in 2023

Looking for the best CFast memory cards for your camera? Here is the full list of our top recommended & fastest CFast cards in 2023.

Currently, Sony, SanDisk, Lexar, Delkin Devices, ProGrade Digital, Angelbird and others have already released their CFast memory cards, but not every CFast memory card will work well with your camera. Like all memory cards, speed and performance are different between the different brands, and some CFast cards can offer better performance than the others. Whether you are a professional cinematographer or a photo enthusiast, buying a fast card is always worth it, or you may have to wait longer for the buffer to clear or end up with recording errors and loose all your footage.

  • Fast write speed provides fast buffer clearing time between burst shots optimizing your shooting experience.
  • Fast read speed can let large files such as 4K video or a bunch of high-resolution images by continuous shooting transfer to PC in seconds.

So, if you want some current recommendations to get the best out of your cameras and devices, here we list the top recommended and fastest CFast cards in 2022 based on the speed and price. Just choose the one you like!

Best CFast Memory Cards

Here are our top recommended and fastest CFast cards in 2023:

Best XQD Memory Cards in 2023

Best XQD Memory Cards  for 2023! Looking for the best XQD memory cards for your camera ? Here are our top recommended and fastest XQD memory cards in 2023.

With its speed up to 400MB/s, the XQD cards are the fastest memory cards on the market, no other memory cards can beat the XQD cards at the time of writing. And the XQD cards are proven to be robust, durable and reliable and they are ideal for sports, wildlife and action photographers, as well as videographers. Currently, there are only a handful of cameras that accept XQD memory cards, including Nikon D5, D4S, D850, D500 DSLR cameras, Nikon Z6 & Z7, Panasonic S1 & S1R mirrorless cameras and some professional Sony camcorders like Sony FS7. We believe more and more new models will use XQD cards in the future.

But when it comes to XQD cards, the choices are very limited. Sony has pioneered the XQD format, and produces the best cards at the moment. Offering up to 440 MB/s read speeds and up to 400 MB/s write speeds, the Sony G Series XQD cards are the best choice and the most favorite among professional photographers, allowing it to record 4K video and up to 200 continuous raw still image bursts. The affordable Lexar 2933x XQD 2.0 memory cards are also amazing, but they are now discontinued, and it is hard to find it in stock anywhere. Sony M Series XQD cards are also discontinued. Another choice is Delkin Devices Premium XQD cards, and Nikon is planing to release their own XQD cards, so we will update this post once they are out.
