Sony will officially announce their new telephoto lenses. These new optics from Sony are the the FE 200-600mm f/5.6-6.3 G OSS lens and the Sony FE 600mm f/4 lens.
According to leaked images, here is the first size comparison of Sony FE 200-600mm f/5.6-6.3 G OSS Lens with FE 400mm f/2.8 GM OSS Lens and FE 100-400mm f/5.6-6.3 GM OSS Lens.
The expected price for Sony FE 200-600mm f/5.6-6.3 G OSS Lens is around $1,500. Compared FE 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 GM OSS Lens for $2,498.00 at B&H Photo Video/Adorama/Amazon.
The Sony FE 200-600mm f/5.6-6.3 G OSS Lens will be available for pre-order in 1-2 days after the announcement. And release date in July, 2019.The Sony FE 600mm f/4 GM OSS Lens will be just a development announcement similar as previous FE 400mm f/2.8 GM OSS Lens. The rumored price for this lens is around $13,998.00.
Currently we are not sure if the Sony a6700/ a7000 will be announced together.
