Fujifilm XF 50mm f/1 R WR lens is a very good option if you do not own a XF56mm and would like weather resistance. It has a rounded diaphragm and its wide maximum aperture means that, paired with Fujifilm’s X-Pro3 and X-T4 cameras, users can autofocus at a luminance level of -7EV.

Pros:
- solid, weather-sealed casing,
- excellent image quality in the frame centre,
- good correction of lateral chromatic aberration,
- slight distortion,
- moderate astigmatism,
- very nice out-of-focus areas,
- silent and accurate autofocus.
Cons:
- weak image quality on the edge of the frame near the maximum relative aperture,
- too high longitudinal chromatic aberration,
- noticeable spherical aberration,
- significant coma,
- distinct vignetting,
- performance against bright light could have been better,
- poor price/performance and price/quality ratio.
