Previously rumored Canon RF 50mm f/1.8 STM and Canon RF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM will likely be announced in the next couple of weeks.
Both lenses are in the leaked Canon RF Mount Lens Roadmap for 2021.
- Canon RF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM
External zoom, extremely small size. I’m told it’s about the size of a coke can. - Canon RF 50mm f/1.8 STM
This lens will be better optically and in build quality than the EF version.
Nokishita reports today that the lens hoods for each lens have been added to Canon’s product catalog. Lens hood ET-83G (WIII) and Lens hood ES-65B will be for the RF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM and RF 50mm f/1.8 STM.
