Good news is that Canon is planning to announce another new APS-C format RF mount mirrorless camera. The product in question is the Canon EOS R100. According to recent reports Canon EOS R100 to be announced in next several weeks, probably in later this year.
The entry-level RF mount will be the third model in the APS-C mirrorless camera lineup after the EOS R7 and EOS R10. It is said that the Canon EOS R100 seems to inherit the form factor of past “EOS M” cameras such as “EOS M6 Mark II“. Based on product numbering and first leaked features, the EOS R100 will be positioned below the newly announced EOS R10 ($979 at B&H, Adorama).

- New accessories will be released at the same time, but it is not known at this time what kind of accessories will appear
- Announcement in late 2022 or early 2023
