7Artisans has introduced a new 7.5mm F2.8 Mark II fisheye lens for APS mirrorless and Micro Four Thirds cameras. The new lens comes offers a whopping 190° field of view (on 1.5x APS-C) and comes in five different mounts.
The 7artisans 7.5mm F2.8 Mark II Fisheye lens is available to buy now for $139 in Sony E, Fuji X, Nikon Z and Micro Four Thirds mounts.
The manual focus lens is comprised of 11 elements in 9 groups to provide that wide f/2.8 maximum aperture, with a 7-blade diaphragm. They say that two HOYA Ultra-low Dispersion elements help to improve colour and contrast across the 190° field of view.

Single glass with a higher refractive index is used in the front glass group to replace the first-generation cemented glass. The rear group of optical glass is added with the HOYA ED glass, which effectively improves the chromatic aberration.
The image quality of the fish eye lenses has been improved accordingly. Under the premise of correcting various aberrations, the field of view angle has also been improved a lot; the polishing process of the glass is more precise and complicated than the previous generation.
The optical structure of the entire lens still consists of 11 lenses, but the total optical length is shortened, making the lens more compact than the previous generation. The overall appearance continues the style of the first generation but still uses an all-metal mirror body.
