Here are the full product pictures of the Sony FX3. The full frame E-mount cinema camera will be officially announced on February 23, 2021 at 16:00 CET / 15:00 GMT.
Sony FX3 will be able to record 4K video at 120p. It will feature 12MP sensor with no built-in ND filter. The weight will be about 715g and the dimensions are 129.7 x 77.8 x 84.5 mm.
Sony FX3 is a Sony a7S III in a square boxy design and features still capabilities. Other noteworthy features include dedicated Photo Mode, IBIS with active mode, full-size HDMI, articualting LCD screen, and dual slot for CFexpress A and SD cards. The FX3 will be powered by the well-known Sony NPFZ 100 batteries used on cameras like the A7 III, A7R III, Alpha a6600, and A9 II.
When we look at the leaked FX3 images, the three standard tripod screws on the top and the large record button shows that the FX3 is designed to easily attach accessories like screens and microphones that video shooters need.
