Finally, good news for Fuji rangefinder camera lovers. According to recent rumors, the Fujifilm X-E4 will be announced in the first quarter of 2021.
In general, when we consider the big fairs that take place at the beginning of each year, we can think that the Fujifilm X-E4 announcement will be made in CES 2021 or CP + 2021. On the other hand, considering the current pandemic situation around the world, unfortunately, these expectations may change.

Anyway, the rumor mill continues to boil as a result. Fujifilm’s non-marketed digital camera code “FF200003” has been registered with an overseas certification body (X-S10 is FF200001). This model is equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2. Although there are no features or additional details, we think this new camera is the Fujifilm X-E4, which is expected to be announced in early 2021. More details after the break

First specs of the X-E4 camera suggests that the camera will not feature the IBIS tech inside. According to release timeline of Fujifilm cameras, we expect to see the Fujifilm X-E4 (X-E5), Fujifilm X-T40 and Fujifilm X-H2 cameras in the beginning of 2021 and Fujifilm X-T5 later next year. On the other hand, there are rumors that Fuji will skip number one in the X-E series and continue with the Fujifilm X-E5 instead of X-E4.
